What impresses me about my favourite label making firm? Well, firstly there's "Fizgig", a charming little lass (?) who greets me every time with a big smile: always impeccably groomed and generally wearing nothing but a small ribbon in her hair, she creates a great first impression.

Then there's her boss- but I wrong her- Serrin isn't bossy at all, but she's so on top of things that one can't believe that all this talent and goodness can reside in one person.
But reside in her it does, as I have often found to my great joy: whenever I'm in a corner (late ordering) or suffering creative bypass (mostly), I can always rely on her to produce the goods- not only joyously, but almost always ahead of the promised time.

Ken (Serrin's Dad) makes sure there are no slip ups: Once you meet him, you'll know where Serrin inherited her cheerfulness genes from. Someone who is so meticulous about the quality of his product should appear to be an exacting tyrant, not the helpful and accommodating bloke that Ken is.

All told, the whole gang at Aser Labels are not only great to talk to, or visit, but they give good counsel and their labels are great! No wonder my business is booming! Thanks Aser.
